Subquery feature
You can use a subquery in the field-value part.
Commands allowed as a subquery: HGETALL, ZRANGE, ZREVRANGE.
Example
| Command> | xadds sensor * (hgetall myhash) |
| Result> | "1559976369499-0" |
| Command> | xadds sensor * (zrange zset 0 -1 withscores) |
| Result> | "1559976378765-0" |
| Available since Enterprise version 7.2.5. |
Syntax
XADDS key *|ID (subquery)
- Available since Enterprise version 7.2.5.
- Time complexity depends on the subquery.
- Returns the ID.
