Move an element between lists
Pops an element from the source list and pushes it to the destination list.
Specify left/right when popping from the source list,
and specify left/right when pushing to the destination list.
LEFT can be read as the first or head of the list,
and RIGHT as the last or tail of the list.
Example: Reliable queue

Syntax
LMOVE source destination LEFT|RIGHT LEFT|RIGHT
- Available since version 6.2.0.
- Time complexity is O(1).
