Restore keys from the recycle bin with reuse

Usage is reuse key. Returns the number of restored keys.
You can specify multiple keys to restore.
The reuse time is stored in updatetime.

Example

Command>	reuse key1 key2 key3
Result>	3
Command>	select * from string.key*;
Result>	0) key 1) key1 2) key2 3) key3

The following is the screen in the redisAdmin Recyclebin where you select key1, key2, and key3 and click the reuse icon to restore them.

Syntax

REUSE key1 [key2 ...]

Available since Enterprise version 7.3.3.
Time complexity is O(N). N is the number of keys to restore.
