Empty all recycle bins on the server with flushrecyclebinall
Usage is flushrecyclebinall.
Empties the recycle bins of all DBs on the server. They cannot be recovered.
Example

Syntax
FLUSHRECYCLEBINALL
- Available since Enterprise version 7.3.3.
- Time complexity is O(N). N is the number of keys to delete.
